how we build up

FACING & TAPING

We face and Tap BB shell to improve quality of BB shell. This makes frames stronger and last longer. We face and tap each frames by hands of professional mechanics. Facing means face BB shell to be parallel. Taping means tap BB threads again to be perfect.

FACING & REAMING

We face and ream headtube to improve quality. This makes handling smoother. We face and tap each frames by hands of professional mechanics. Facing means face BB shell to be parallel. Taping means tap BB threads again to be perfect.

DEFLASHIN EACH PARTS

Our professional mechanic deflash each parts like inside seatpost with special tool to improve build quality.

CLEANING UP

Our professional mechanic clean up each parts like inside BB shells, in order frames and components to last longer. Of course you could do it by yourself, but It might be difficult to clean up inside BB, inside head tube and so forth.

GREASING UP

Once our mechanic cleaned up, they put grease each parts up to prevent rusting and stripping each thread.

TORQUEING

Our professional mechanic torques each parts with torque wrench properly. Every bolts has proper torque, so it is the best to torque according to those number to make sure.

how you build up, after arriving in...

what you need to build up

・15mm Pedalrench
・3mm to 8mm Alllen Key.

how to install front wheel

Put front wheel to the front fork, and tighten up
with 15mm Pedal Wrench (might be 6mm Allen Key as well)
Check front brake is proper position.

INSTALL HANDLE

Install handle with allen key to set position which you like. Please make sure to fix the bolts properly not to move when you are riding.

INSTALL SEATPOST

Install seatpost with allen key to set position which you like. Please make sure to fix and straighten saddle.

INSTALL PEDALS

Install pedals with 15mm pedal wrench or allen key. Please make sure to install properly, or threads would be cut.
Please confirm whether you install pedals parallel to the threads.

RIDING OUT

Brake cables, chain, tire and so forth would be exhausted in a month or less. Please go to bike shops near you to check them to ride safe.
